Welcome to JD’s Vegan Dives. These Terms govern your access to and use of the website, private map, restaurant discovery features, paid access plans, content, and related services. By using the site or purchasing access, you agree to these Terms.
1. Overview of the Service
JD’s Vegan Dives is a private vegan restaurant discovery platform featuring curated listings, map-based exploration, creator recommendations, food and lifestyle content, and related digital experiences. Restaurant information, menus, hours, locations, and pricing may change without notice.
2. Paid Access
JD’s Vegan Dives currently offers non-recurring paid access passes:
- Monthly Access: $5 for 30 days of access
- Annual Access: $50 for 365 days of access
These are one-time payments. They do not automatically renew. When your access expires, you may purchase another pass to continue.
3. Accounts
You may need to create an account to access private areas. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Do not share your login with others.
4. Payment
Payments are processed by third-party processors, including Stripe and/or WooCommerce. By purchasing access, you agree to pay the listed price for the selected period.
5. Refunds and Access Policy
Because access is digital and begins after purchase, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been granted. We may provide a refund or adjustment for duplicate charges, technical issues, accidental purchases, or other special circumstances. Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights you may have under applicable law.
6. No Recurring Billing at Launch
Monthly and Annual Access are one-time purchases — not subscriptions. They do not automatically renew. If recurring subscriptions are added in the future, we will clearly disclose billing terms before purchase.
7. Restaurant Listings and Information
We do not guarantee that any restaurant information is complete, accurate, current, allergen-safe, or suitable for your dietary needs. Verify important details directly with the restaurant before visiting.
8. No Medical or Allergy Advice
Content on JD’s Vegan Dives is not medical, nutritional, dietary, or allergy advice. Confirm ingredients and safety directly with restaurants or qualified professionals.
9. Intellectual Property
The JD’s Vegan Dives name, branding, website design, original content, and platform features are owned by or licensed to JD’s Vegan Dives. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
10. User Conduct
You agree not to: share your paid account; bypass access controls; scrape or bulk-download the site; interfere with site operation or security; use the site for unlawful purposes.
11. Disclaimers
JD’s Vegan Dives is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties including accuracy, reliability, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.
12. Limitation of Liability
